30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the work, you can request your money back within 30 days of delivery. This is a no-questions-asked refund window. We may still ask for your order number or account email so we can find the correct order and process the refund.
Before Work Starts
If you request a refund before work has started, we can usually refund and close the order. If PayPal or another processor charges non-refundable fees, those fees may affect the final refund amount.
After Work Starts
The 30-day money-back guarantee still applies after work starts and after delivery if you are not satisfied with the work. Inside that window, message us from the order thread or contact support so we can refund and close the order.
After 30 Days
Refund requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed case by case. We do not have to honor refund requests after that period unless we decide the situation should be handled differently.
Missed Delivery or Service Problems
If we cannot complete an order, miss an agreed rush delivery without a reasonable fix, or there is a clear service issue on our side, we may refund the order or offer another solution.
Revision Requests
A revision request is not automatically a refund request. If the design needs changes, use the revision process first so we can adjust the work inside the order thread.
Refund and Close
When an order is refunded and closed, the job is removed from the active queue and no additional design work is owed for that order.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@cheapthumbnails.com or message inside your order thread. Include your order number or account email so we can find the order. Within the 30-day window, you do not need to argue your case if you are not satisfied.
