Using the Site
By using cheapthumbnails.com or placing an order, you agree to use the site honestly, provide accurate order information, and avoid uploading material that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or owned by someone else without permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity on your account. Worker and customer accounts are separate. Customer accounts cannot access worker tools.
Orders and Payment
Thumbnail orders start at $10. Add-ons such as extra variations, rush delivery, or unlimited revisions may increase the total. Payment is due at checkout before work begins unless we agree otherwise.
Customer Materials
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to send and use any logos, photos, screenshots, products, faces, brand files, video links, or other reference materials included with your order.
Creative Work
Thumbnail design is a creative service. We use your brief, references, platform format, and messages to create the work, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of views, clicks, subscribers, sales, or platform results.
Delivery and Revisions
Normal delivery time is within 3 business days of ordering. Rush delivery is available as an add-on when offered. Revision rules are explained in the Revision Policy.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the work, you can request a no-questions-asked money-back refund within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests after that period are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Refund details are explained in the Refund Policy.
Finished Work
After full payment and delivery, you may use the finished thumbnail for your own channel, video, brand, or campaign. We may display finished work as portfolio examples unless you ask us not to or the work contains private/sensitive material.
Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, cheapthumbnails.com is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, lost revenue, lost views, account issues, or results outside the thumbnail design work itself.
