Normal Delivery
Normal delivery time is within 3 business days of ordering. The clock starts after checkout and after we have enough information to begin the job.
Rush Delivery
Rush Order - Same Day Delivery is available as a paid add-on when offered. Rush orders move ahead of standard orders, but rush orders are still handled in the order they were received.
What Can Slow Delivery
Delivery may take longer if the brief is missing key details, links require permission, files are not viewable, a video is not accessible, or we need clarification before we can design accurately.
Completed Work
Completed thumbnails are delivered inside your order thread. You can return to completed orders to view messages and download final work.
Video and File Links
If you send a YouTube video, use an Unlisted link or share a Private video directly with the support email. For Google Drive, set General access to Anyone with the link and Viewer access, or share directly with Viewer access. Dropbox and similar links should open without asking for permission.
