Included Revisions
Standard orders include up to 3 revision requests. If you purchase Unlimited Revisions, that add-on covers the whole order, including every thumbnail variation purchased in the same checkout.
What Counts as a Revision
A revision is a change to the same thumbnail concept, such as text adjustments, color tweaks, layout cleanup, swapping an uploaded reference image, or improving readability.
What Is Not a Revision
A completely new video idea, new concept, different platform format, different product, or new creative direction after the work is already built may require a new order or an added paid variation.
Extra Revisions
If you reach the standard revision limit, you may buy Unlimited Revisions or pay for one additional revision when that option is available.
After Completion
After you approve the work, leave a review, and mark the order complete, you can still view messages and download completed work. Messaging may lock 30 days after completion to keep old orders from returning to the active queue unnecessarily.
How to Make Revisions Easier
Be specific. Instead of saying “make it better,” tell us what should change: the text, face, expression, product, color, font weight, contrast, or the part that feels unclear.
